Tiffany completed her 200 teacher training through Core Power Yoga in San Diego 6 years ago and has been traveling and teaching all over the world.



Join Tiffany for a powerful yoga flow that perfectly infuses masculine yang energy and feminine yen energy through a combination of vinyasa flow and restorative yoga. You will have a great workout and then have plenty of time to go deep within yourself and tap into your breath to hold some postures for 3-5 minutes.

Her style is challenging yet allows any student at any level easily adapt to the pace.
Music is a big part of her class as she believes it sets the tone for the flow.

Power Yoga

Taught By Eliza Darling

Eliza Darling has been practicing yoga for nearly a decade, involving yogic techniques such as pranayama breathing and asanas. Eliza earned a BA from the Hawaii Pacific University, and a 200 hour yoga teaching certificate through Corepower Yoga in San Diego, CA.




Eliza's dynamic classes are a mix of Hatha and Power Vinyasa flow, integrating a deep focus on the breath with vigorous and creative sequencing, strong core work, precise attention to alignment, and set to the sounds of energizing playlists.

Her classes are designed to inspire students to build and honor their physical strength, to arrive at a point of mental clarity by challenging their bodies, to slow down and calm their breathing, and to create an awareness of the vital bond between the body, mind, and breath.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a focused breath meditation, creative and traditional yoga sequencing with the purpose of relaxing and invigorating the whole being.
